By accessing or using NABDAI.dev ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

NABDAI.dev offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are not provided for partial periods, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• Usage limits (projects, tokens) reset monthly on your billing date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NABDAI.dev to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Create spam, misinformation, or deceptive content at scale
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract underlying model weights or system prompts
• Circumvent usage limits or rate limits through automation or multiple accounts
• Use the service to train competing AI models or datasets without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using NABDAI.dev. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Our IP

The NABDAI.dev platform, logo, and all proprietary software are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI agents may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for all purposes. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing AI-generated content before use or publication
• Ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws
• Verifying factual claims in AI-generated text

We disclaim liability for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, and we are not liable for losses arising from service downtime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NABDAI.dev shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
